Manager-AI&ML

Job Summary
We are looking for a  Manager – AI / Machine Learning  who can translate complex business problems into scalable AI/ML solutions. The candidate will work closely with clients in the  financial services domain  to build predictive models, deploy ML pipelines, and deliver actionable insights.
This role requires strong experience in  machine learning modeling, financial analytics use cases, and cloud-based ML deployments .

Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand  business objectives and data challenges
Translate business requirements into  machine learning problem statements
Perform  exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and model development
Build and deploy  machine learning models using supervised and unsupervised algorithms
Develop  scalable ML pipelines and APIs using Python and ML frameworks
Work with  cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Deliver  data-driven insights and storytelling to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including  data engineering, product, and consulting teams
Mentor junior team members and promote  best practices in machine learning development
Stay updated with  latest advancements in AI, ML, and Agentic AI technologies
Required Skills
Strong expertise in  Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics
Programming proficiency in  Python

Experience with  Scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, Py Torch
Strong knowledge of  EDA, feature engineering, model selection, validation, and deployment
Experience building  scalable ML pipelines

Experience with  cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent  communication and client-facing skills
Domain Experience (Preferred)
Experience working on  financial services analytics use cases  such as:
Credit risk modeling
Fraud detection and transaction risk analytics
Customer churn prediction
Customer segmentation and targeting
Marketing analytics and campaign optimization
Experience Required
4 – 7 years of experience  in Machine Learning / Data Science roles
Experience building  production ML models and deploying AI solutions
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Tier-1 technical institute
OR
MBA from a Tier-1 institute
