The Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring that product supply flows seamlessly from vendors to our distribution centers. You will own the "Order-to-Fulfillment" lifecycle, ensuring that vendors adhere to scheduled timelines, inventory levels are optimized,

- Manage the full inventory lifecycle and maintain optimal stock health using the right planning parameters
- Achieve and sustain high in-stock rates while optimizing inventory placement to reduce last-mile delivery costs
- Own and drive the forecasting engine for assigned categories, factoring in campaign cadence, seasonality, and macro/micro demand drivers
- Execute exit strategies to prevent SKUs from entering slow- or non-moving inventory (SLOB) status
- Partner closely with the S&OP team on inbound planning and fulfillment center capacity management
- Support daily warehouse administration and operational planning
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives within inventory planning processes

What You’ll Need

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in supply planning, inventory management, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel, Access, and SQL
- Ability to deliver constructive feedback and collaborate effectively across teams
- Proven problem-solving skills with a track record of improving operational processes
- Experience in business process improvement;
Lean/Six Sigma is a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Strong MS Office and presentation skills
