Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager – Retail Store Launch & Technology Implementation to manage end-to-end execution of physical store setup projects, including store fit-out, POS implementation, and retail technology deployment.

This role is ideal for professionals experienced in store rollout projects who can independently manage execution, coordination, and delivery for new store launches within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Store Execution

- Will responsible from finding the location to launch of store

- Conduct catchment analysis and support store location finalization

- Execute model stores as per brand book

- Ensure compliance with Kaze Living’s approved blueprint

- Coordinate interiors, fixtures, signage, and infrastructure

POS & Technology

- Implement POS (hardware, software, testing, go-live)

- Ensure integration with inventory, billing, and payments

- Oversee CCTV, internet, Wi-Fi, and other store systems

Vendors, Budget & Handover

- Manage vendors and on-ground execution

- Track timelines, costs, and quality

- Handle snag closure, store handover, and launch support

Key Requirements

- 3–5 years in retail store rollout / project management

- Hands-on POS and store tech implementation experience

- Strong execution, vendor coordination, and site management skills

- Comfortable with travel and project-based engagement
