Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser, based in Gurugram. The Merchandiser will focus on managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely product availability. Daily responsibilities include analyzing product performance, optimizing stock levels, creating effective merchandising strategies. Additionally, the role involves identifying market trends and ensuring alignment with Alaya’s brand vision and customer preferences.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Experience in Sales and Retail to manage product performance and drive results
- Marketing knowledge to align merchandising strategies with brand goals
- Analytical and organizational skills to manage inventory and track trends
- Previous experience in fashion retail or Indian wear is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related fields is preferred
