Jewellery Merchandiser

About the Brand

We are an established imitation jewellery brand entering an exciting re-branding and growth phase. With strong retail presence and evolving design sensibilities, we are looking for a Jewellery Merchandiser who can play a key role in shaping collections, improving sell-through, and aligning product strategy with the new brand identity.

Role Overview

As a Jewellery Merchandiser, you will work closely with the founders, retail team, and vendors to manage assortments, guide product direction, and ensure commercially successful collections across kiosks and retail touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and curate jewellery collections aligned with brand positioning and re-branding goals
- Decide SKU mix, pricing bands, and category-wise assortment (earrings, pendants, rings, western fashion jewellery, etc.)
- Track sales performance, ABV, and fast-moving vs slow-moving designs
- Coordinate with vendors/manufacturers for sampling, ordering, and replenishment
- Support retail teams with product knowledge and merchandising inputs
- Assist in seasonal launches, promotions, and visual merchandising inputs
- Maintain inventory hygiene and recommend phase-outs / reorders

Desired Profile

- 1–5 years of experience in jewellery merchandising (imitation / fashion jewellery preferred)
- Strong understanding of consumer trends, pricing psychology, and retail performance
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and commercially sharp mindset
- Comfortable working in a growing brand with evolving processes
- Passion for fashion, jewellery, and brand-building
