Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the entity’s trial balance, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Prepare accurate standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and Group reporting requirements.
Ensure proper recording, reconciliation, and settlement of inter-company transactions across entities.
Act as the key liaison with external and internal auditors, ensuring timely completion of statutory, tax, and group audits while maintaining adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Prepare, review, and monitor key account reconciliations (e.g., intercompany, vendor, and customer balances), promptly identifying and resolving open items within defined timelines.
Partner with technology and ERP teams to automate recurring accounting processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual interventions.
Drive implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and strengthen internal controls to ensure robust accounting practices and compliance.
Work closely with US-based finance teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and ability to operate in  US-aligned timelines  as required.

Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience in controllership, accounting, or financial reporting roles (preferably in multinational or fast-paced industries).
Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS / USGAAP).
