At  Barara Ethnic , we celebrate timeless ethnic fashion by blending traditional craftsmanship with modern elegance. We are looking for a  Personal Shopper / Fashion Consultant  who can deliver an exceptional and personalized shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide personalized styling advice and assist customers in selecting outfits and accessories

• Create a premium in-store shopping experience through strong customer engagement

• Build long-term relationships with clients and understand their style preferences

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store presentation reflects brand values

• Support sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
Preferred Background
• 2–5 years of retail experience in fashion or lifestyle brands

• Experience working with  international fashion brands or premium retail environments  will be highly valued

• Strong styling sense and understanding of ethnic fashion trends

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

What We Offer
• Salary:
Up to ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
