Our flagship store, located at Grand View High Street in Sector 58, Gurgaon, sits alongside some of India’s most celebrated fashion names such as Nappa Dori, Masaba, Ranna Gill, and Shantanu & Nikhil – making Ruh part of a high-energy, design-forward ecosystem.

We’re building a brand that goes beyond jewellery – we’re creating a space where customers come for sparkle, but stay for style, connection, and trust. We’re now hiring a full-time Store Assistant who can own the customer experience, build meaningful client relationships, and drive sales growth with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the face of Ruh in-store: greet every customer with warmth, confidence, and product knowledge

• Curate a personalised shopping experience based on customer preferences and style needs

• Build customer loyalty by maintaining regular contact and offering styling recommendations

• Drive in-store sales and consistently meet monthly targets

• Maintain inventory records and assist with basic forecasting/reporting

• Support visual merchandising and ensure the store always reflects Ruh’s aesthetic and vibe

• Help conceptualize and execute in-store activations, trunk shows, and community events

Who You Are

• Someone with a flair for fashion and styling – ideally with experience in jewellery, accessories, or premium lifestyle retail

• A strong communicator who enjoys engaging with people and building rapport

• Entrepreneurial at heart – you don’t wait to be told what to do, you take initiative

• Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented

• Comfortable using POS systems and basic inventory software

• Open to working on weekends and holidays – retail’s golden hours

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Prior experience in high-end or designer retail

• Understanding of basic sales forecasting or customer data tracking

Compensation: ₹3.6 to ₹4.8 LPA (based on experience, skill, and entrepreneurial ability) + performance-based incentives
