Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor+Telecaller located in Gurugram. The Admission Counselor+Telecaller will support students seeking admission to MBBS programs abroad by providing professional guidance throughout the application process. Responsibilities include consulting and advising students and parents, managing admissions inquiries via Inbound & Outbound Calling.

Qualifications

- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively interact with students and parents.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities to address inquiries and build rapport with clients.
- Prior experience in Sales and Education consultation is highly preferred.
- Self-motivation, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential.
- Bachelor's degree in any field, with additional certifications in counseling or education being an advantage.
