Team Leaders – EV Fleet Deployment (L5 Vans & 2W)

Gudz is expanding its electric mobility and logistics operations across NCR, and we’re looking for hands-on Team Leaders to manage L5 EV van rentals and electric 2-wheeler (2W) deployments in key zones.

This is a field-driven operations role for people who know how to manage vehicles, riders, and partners on-ground.

Our riders are deployed with leading organizations such as Zepto, Blinkit, Country Delight, City Mall, Deal Share, and others. Some riders also rent and ride independently under our pure rental model. The Team Leaders we’re hiring will be responsible for ensuring smooth deployment and operations across these partner locations.

What you’ll do:

- Deploy and manage L5 EV vans on rental / lease models
- Drive 2W rental utilization for delivery and logistics partners
- Manage local drivers, riders, and fleet partners
- Ensure 90%+ fleet uptime and minimum idle vehicles
- Handle breakdowns, servicing coordination, and replacements
- Own daily operations, reporting, and asset accountability

Who should apply:

- 2–5 years experience in logistics, fleet, or transport operations
- Strong on-ground knowledge of Gurgaon / West Delhi / Noida
- Comfortable managing people + vehicles + daily ops
- EV, rental, or last-mile experience is a plus
