Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
Position overviewWe’re hiring a Commercial Construction Estimator to support pricing, takeoffs, and bid preparation for commercial construction projects. This role focuses on accuracy, document review, and coordination with project teams.
What You’ll Do- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals
- Support bid preparation and pricing strategy
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate estimating documentation and records
- 4-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
- Experience estimating commercial construction projects
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
- Must live within a 45-minute commute of Gurnee
