We’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team in the wholesale flower bulb and horticulture industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and love working with people, this is the role for you!
This full-time position supports our professional customers — landscapers, growers, and garden centers — across the country. You’ll be an essential part of a small, collaborative team that takes pride in high-quality service, relationships, and reliability.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Manage incoming calls and route inquiries professionally
- Support B2B customers with order status, product information, and issue resolution
- Identify upsell opportunities through customer relationships
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to resolve inventory or order issues
- Prepare and mail sales materials, bid books, and promotional content
- Maintain accurate customer records and perform general administrative tasks
- Assist walk-in and online customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer relationship and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
- Experience in B2B sales or customer service is preferred
- Professional, reliable, and a positive “can-do” attitude
- Must pass a background check
