Pay

Base pay: $16.00/hr – $20.00/hr salary: $16 – $20 per hour. Eligible for a sales‑based incentive.

Are you looking for an amazing sales and customer service job with daytime hours, paid holidays and terrific benefits? Community Trust Credit Union (CTCU) is looking for a Teller (Member Experience Representative I) to work full‑time at our Lake Villa branch. You may also be scheduled to work at Gurnee, Grayslake, or Grand Hunt Center. The schedule is Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑5:30 pm and Saturdays 8:30 am‑1:30 pm, with a typical weekly workload of 38‑40 hours.

• Accurately handle financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments); issue money orders, redeem savings bonds, process wire transfer requests; transfer funds and balance cash drawer, negotiables and daily transactions.
• Deliver outstanding member service: address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with financial needs; open/close savings accounts and certificates of deposit; manage safe deposit box access; process check orders and stop payments.
• Promote and recommend credit union products and services to members.

• Effective communication via multiple channels (in person, phone, email/chat, video); bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
• Strong customer‑service and sales skills with a proven record of success.
• One to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.
• Proficient PC skills using a Windows‑based system.

Budgeted starting hourly rate: $16.00/hr position eligible for a sales‑based incentive.
