We're looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team in the wholesale flower bulb and horticulture industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and love working with people, this is the role for you!

This full time, onsite position supports our professional customers - landscapers, growers, and garden centers - across the country. You'll be an essential part of a small, collaborative team that takes pride in high-quality service, relationships, and reliability.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email

* Manage incoming calls and route inquiries professionally

* Support B2B customers with order status, product information, and issue resolution

* Identify upsell opportunities through customer relationships

* Collaborate with sales and production teams to resolve inventory or order issues

* Prepare and mail sales materials, bid books, and promotional content

* Maintain accurate customer records and perform general administrative tasks

* Assist walk-in and online customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude

Requirements

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent customer relationship and problem-solving abilities

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

* Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask

* Experience in B2B sales or customer service is preferred

* Professional, reliable, and a positive "can-do" attitude

* Must pass a background check
