Finance Manager – Global Manufacturing | Corporate HQ

We’re a global manufacturing company looking for a sharp, strategic Finance Manager to join our corporate HQ team. This role is perfect for someone who’s comfortable in the details but also eager to influence big-picture decisions. You’ll work directly with senior leadership and partner with teams across the world, helping drive financial strategy, performance, and growth at an enterprise level.
This is a high‑visibility role where you’ll be reviewing financials from international subsidiaries, advising on complex accounting treatments, building models that support major investments, and helping guide the business with data‑backed insights. Responsibilities- Review and analyze monthly financials from global operations
- Deliver insights, trends, and forecasts to senior leadership
- Provide guidance on complex or non‑routine accounting transactions
- Build and maintain financial models to support decision‑making
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning
- Assist in M&A deal structuring, contract reviews, and investment analysis
- Partner with external auditors and internal cross‑functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA is a plus)
- CPA strongly preferred
- 6+ years of experience, including time at a Big 4 or Mid‑Tier firm and at least one year in a manager role
- Solid background in corporate finance and financial due diligence
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of US GAAP (IFRS exposure is a plus)
- Familiarity with EPM or other enterprise consolidation tools
