Finance and Insurance Manager

We are seeking anF&I Manager that is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for customers and their team. $150,000 - $200,000+ annually

• Develop a comprehensivemenu selling process to maximize the finance department's overallprofitability and product penetration
• Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turnaround on all deals
• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals
• Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service
• Work closely with the sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
• Set and maintain finance department work schedule
• Track portfolio with lenders

• Must possess exceptional customer service and organizational skills
• Capable of paying attention to details while multi-tasking
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Prior work experience in a retail automotive finance and leasing (General Motors is a plus)
• Strong desire to set and achieve goals
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
• Average to advanced computer skills
• Valid in-state driver’s license
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
