Pay: $18 – $25/hour (based on experience)

WhatYou’ll Do
- Inspect materials, in-process, and finished products
- Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
- Document results and maintain quality records
- Support continuous improvement and ISO 9000 standards
- Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure they meet blueprint and customer specifications
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a quality inspection role within manufacturing (sheet metal, welding, or related environment)
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing prints
- Proficient in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
- Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards and Statistical Process Control (2–3 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Hands-on metal fabrication experience
- Certified AS9100 Internal Quality Auditor
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- CMM experience
- Bilingual (Spanish)
