This position follows a 12‑hour rotating shift schedule. The role requires a critical eye for detail, precision, and consistency. You will set up and operate Bindery equipment in accordance with internal and customer specifications while working safely and efficiently in a team environment.

• Operate available equipment to ensure production objectives are met.
• Cross‑train to run all finishing assets in the Bindery department.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance/repairs, report any mechanical defects to Manager and Team Lead, and keep machinery in good working condition.
• Ensure quality system procedures are always followed.
• Ensure the department meets all needs for customer satisfaction including on‑time delivery.

• Preferably 2+ years of Bindery (literature folder gluer) or other technical machinery operation.
• Experience with basic quality systems and documentation.
• Flexibility to work any shift and overtime. Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds, work at a computer for extended periods, and have manual dexterity for computer work; long periods of concentration, speaking, hearing, and vision are also essential to performing job functions.

The typical pay range for this role is $20.00 - $34.00 per hour.
