Round One Entertainment Inc. Pay Range

This range is provided by Round One Entertainment Inc. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base Pay Range

$17.00/hr - $18.75/hr

Open availability, especially on nights and weekends, is preferred.

We require all staff that handles alcohol to be 21+.

Essential Duties
  • Operates POS register for food and drinks (includes bar register when directed).
  • Prepares food and beverage items utilizing policies and standards of the company.
  • Resets and buses the food court seating area.
  • Washes and dries dishes, glasses and other cooking/food prep utensils.
  • Conducts all opening and closing procedures.
  • (Opens and closes cash tills, kitchen cleaning, etc.).
  • Manages food and beverage inventory in accordance with the store's policies and procedures.
  • Maintains proper temperature for refrigerators and freezers.
  • Manages plates, cups, and other utensil inventory in accordance with the store's policies and procedures.
  • Conducts restroom checks and cleaning, including laundry of department-specific cleaning rags.
  • Responds responsively, politely with a friendly demeanor to customers' requests.
  • Occasionally cross‑trains to assist Amusement & Bowling department with POS transactions.
  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Department & Store Management.
Non‑Essential Duties
  • Conducts alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conducts lost and found procedures in accordance with company policies.
  • Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
  • Researches and develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow.
  • Follows up to complete any assigned work.
  • Maintains high ethical standards in the workplace.
  • Reports all irregular issues and problems to executive management for solution.
  • Maintains good communication with customers, management, office staff members, and outside contacts.
  • Complies and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
  • May help with mailing and shipping activities as needed.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.
Education / Experience
  • A High School diploma and a minimum of one to two years’ experience in a hospitality or retail environment required.
  • Experience in a bowling establishment preferred, but not required.
Language Ability
  • Ability to effectively communicate with management, co‑workers and the general public.

Essential Weight Lifting / Force Exertion Requirements

  • More than 2/3 of time:
    Up to 50 pounds.
