Job Description

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide every guest who enters the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company, proud to represent our values and bring your real self to work each day.

Your Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they need with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Be adaptable; flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Actively solve problems to ensure guests’ satisfaction while adhering to company policy.
• Support your team, always ready to assist and collaborate.
• Act with integrity, always doing the right thing and following AEO policies and procedures.
