Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services. Processes Membership upgrades, credit accounts, sales, and marketing events and strives to meet Membership goals. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, hazardous material handling and disposal, Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Fulfills member orders by reviewing, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing and ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices. Completes work assignments using policies, data and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, and partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress. Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products.

Complies with company policies, procedures, standards of ethics and integrity. Implements Open Door Policy and supports Walmart values to foster a culture of belonging and integrity. Delivers results and serves customers and members, prioritizing the customer first and using reliable information to balance priorities and consider impacts. Strives for excellence, continuous improvement, and embraces new technologies.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00
* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
