We are seeking a dedicated, hard‑working, self‑motivated, and dependable Lead Generator to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, starting conversations, and closing sales in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Engage customers in retail stores through cold‑approach sales.
• Generate interest in flooring and tile services.
• Schedule in‑home consultations.
• Travel to customer homes to complete measurements and help close the sale.
