Job Description

BYLD Group is looking for an Executive – Internal Audit to support financial accounting, audit, and reconciliation activities. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in financial reporting, accounts management, and month-end closing processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage month-end and year-end closing activities within defined timelines.
Post journal entries for accruals, provisions, adjustments, and depreciation.
Ensure accuracy of the trial balance and maintain books of accounts for financial reporting.
Monitor and maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
Ensure accurate revenue and expense recognition as per accounting standards.
Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss statements.
Track and review client-wise gross margins.
Perform intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Support internal audit activities and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or MIS-related roles.
Strong knowledge of journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.).

Good analytical , communication, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
