Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Gurugram.

- Maintain daily books of accounts in Tally (sales, purchases, expenses, journals)
- Bank reconciliations and vendor/payroll payment processing
- GST, TDS and income-tax workings; coordinate filings with our consultants
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and follow up on out standings
- Support export accounting — LC/BRC tracking, GST refunds, forex entries
- Assist with monthly MIS, ledger scrutiny and statutory audit coordination
- Maintain organized records and documentation, audit-ready at all times

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter / CMA Inter a plus)
- 3–6 years in accounting, preferably in a trading, manufacturing or export business
- Strong foundational accounting skills, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and basic cost accounting, preferably within manufacturing or export-oriented businesses.
- Understanding of taxation and compliance requirements, including GST, TDS, and other relevant statutory regulations.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Gurugram, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in an accounting role in manufacturing, agri-products, or export/import businesses is preferred but not mandatory.
