Position Summary:
The Associate (CA Fresher) will support the Audit team in executing external audit engagements for US-based clients. This role involves assisting in audit procedures, financial statement preparation, and ensuring compliance with U.S. auditing standards. The position is ideal for newly qualified Chartered Accountants looking to build a strong foundation in external audit and assurance.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in execution of external/statutory audit engagements for US clients.
• Perform audit procedures under guidance of senior team members.
• Support in preparation of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Assist in audit documentation and workpaper preparation.
• Identify basic risk areas and report findings to seniors.
• Participate in planning and execution of audit assignments.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain accuracy and quality of deliverables within deadlines.

Qualifications and
Experience:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher.
• Articleship experience in audit/assurance preferred.
Preferred
Skills:
• Basic knowledge of U.S. GAAP and U.S. GAAS (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools.
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to learning.
