Key Responsibilities
Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with Ind AS and applicable accounting standards.
Manage complete Month-End and Year-End Closing activities.
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Handle GST, TDS, Corporate Tax compliances and tax reconciliations.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during statutory and tax audits.
Manage Lease Accounting as per IFRS 16 / Ind AS 116, including lease calculations, ROU assets, lease liabilities, and related disclosures.
Prepare management reports, MIS, variance analysis, and financial insights.
Support implementation and improvement of accounting processes and controls.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications
M.Com/MBA / CA Pursuing/ CMA (Preferred).
4-6 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Lease Accounting.
Experience in ERP systems such as SAP.
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and financial analysis.
Preferred Skills
Expertise in IFRS 16 / Ind AS 116 Lease Accounting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
Experience working with multinational organizations and audit teams.
