About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented  CA Article Assistant  to join our  Internal Audit team  in Gurugram.
The role will provide hands-on exposure to internal audit, process reviews, risk assessment, internal financial controls and compliance across various business processes.
The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, analytical ability, attention to detail and a keen interest in developing a career in Internal Audit and Risk Advisory.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and execution of  Internal Audit assignments  across various business processes.
Perform  process walkthroughs  and understand key business processes and controls.
Assist in identifying  risks and control gaps  and evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls.
Support preparation and documentation of  Risk & Control Matrices (RCMs) .
Perform  process audits and control testing  based on defined audit procedures.
Assist in testing of  Internal Financial Controls (IFC/ICFR) .
Identify audit observations, control deficiencies and areas of process improvement.
Prepare clear and concise  audit working papers and documentation .
Assist in preparing  audit reports and management presentations .
Perform data analysis and substantive testing to identify unusual trends, exceptions and potential control issues.
Coordinate with process owners and stakeholders for obtaining information and resolving audit queries.
Support senior team members in various  risk assessment, compliance and internal control assignments .

Candidate Profile:
CA – Both Groups Cleared  preferred.
Candidates pursuing  CA Articleship  with a strong interest in Internal Audit are encouraged to apply.
Candidates who have completed their CA Foundation and Intermediate examinations with relevant eligibility may also be considered.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of  Accounting and Auditing fundamentals .
Basic understanding of  Internal Audit, Risk & Controls .
Knowledge of  RCM, IFC/ICFR and process controls  will be an advantage.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in  MS Excel .
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
