Key Responsibility & Impact
Manage mid-sized accounts with accountability on timelines and delivery
Support strategy, creative, and media teams in decoding briefs and aligning outputs
Own client communications, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
Keep internal teams aligned and projects on track from brief to execution
Anticipate roadblocks and proactively resolve challenges
Ensure campaign effectiveness by tracking KPIs and reporting outcomes
Begin guiding junior team members and overseeing small project teams.
What You’ll Bring on the Table
4-5 years of experience in Account Management/Client Servicing
Experience with GenAI, Notion, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms and project management tools to work smarter, faster, better
Strong understanding of digital and integrated campaigns
Confident client servicing and cross-functional coordination abilities
Excellent time and project management skills
A mindset ready to lead, coach, and push creative boundaries
