Role & Responsibilities:
Design and develop new collections aligned with current market trends and brand requirements.
Create detailed sketches and technical drawings to communicate design concepts effectively.
Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments to enhance the design aesthetic.
Coordinate closely with sampling, merchandising, and production teams to ensure timely execution of collections.
Conduct thorough research on trends, colors, and styles to keep collections competitive and relevant.
Review and finalize samples, ensuring they meet quality standards and design specifications.
Maintain comprehensive records of designs, samples, and collections for future reference and documentation.
