Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our Packaging Unit. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in packaging design and print production, with the ability to translate brand requirements into innovative and technically sound packaging artworks. The role requires close coordination with production, marketing, and external vendors to ensure high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging Design & Artwork Development:

 Develop innovative and commercially viable packaging designs for cartons, labels, carry bag, and corrugated boxes

Print & Production Coordination:
Prepare print-ready files with accurate dimensions, colour profiles, and specifications
Coordinate closely with production, pre-press, and vendors to ensure design feasibility
Ensure adherence to printing standards and quality benchmarks
Brand & Compliance Management:
Ensure designs comply with brand guidelines, statutory norms, and packaging regulations
Maintain consistency across product lines and client portfolios
Systematically maintain artworks of various products across all clients
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
Work with marketing, sales, and production teams to deliver integrated solutions
Guide junior designers and provide creative direction when required
Quality Control & Continuous Improvement:
Review final outputs to ensure accuracy and quality before production
Stay updated on packaging trends, materials, and printing technologies
Identify opportunities to enhance design efficiency and innovation

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
10–15 years of experience in graphic design with strong exposure to packaging
Strong understanding of printing processes, colour management, and packaging materials
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
