As a Clinical AI Validator, you will ensure that AI-generated clinical reasoning is medically
accurate, safe, and aligned with evidence-based guidelines. You will work closely with Product,
AI, and Engineering teams to improve clinical quality gible Specialties

• MS/DNB Obstetrics & Gynecology

• MD/DNB Pediatrics

• DM/Fellowship Neonatology

• MD/MS/DNB Reproductive Medicine / Fertility Specialist

Clinical AI Validation Responsibilities

• Validate AI-generated patient conversations and clinical recommendations.

• Review diagnostic reasoning for accuracy and completeness.

• Identify unsafe advice, missed diagnoses, and inappropriate recommendations.

• Expand differential diagnoses.

• Validate investigations, treatment plans, referrals, and escalation pathways.

• Validate red flags and emergency triage.

• Ensure alignment with clinical guidelines.

• Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance.

Clinical Knowledge Development

• Develop realistic clinical scenarios.

• Create edge cases.

• Review and refine clinical pathways.

• Build structured symptom-based reasoning.

• Support decision trees and workflows.

• Contribute to medical protocols and standards.

• Review emerging evidence and update the AI knowledge base.

Qualifications

• MD/MS/DNB in relevant specialty

• Active medical registration

• Minimum 5 years of independent clinical practice

• Strong evidence-based clinical reasoning

• Excellent written documentation skills
