Production Trainer

We are seeking a dedicated  Production Trainer  to educate students in  Automotive Manufacturing Technology . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or automobile engineering and a passion for teaching young minds. This role requires fluency in Hindi and a comprehensive understanding of shop-floor practices to effectively train students as per the syllabus.

Job Description    Train 10th and 12th-grade students in  Automotive Manufacturing Technology .
Impart sound knowledge of  Mechanical and Automobile  subjects to students, following the prescribed syllabus.
Establish a strong connection with students to mentor and guide them effectively.
Provide real-world insights and updates on industrial trends and  shop-floor practices .
Possess strong mentoring and  guiding capabilities .
Required Skills    Fluency in  Hindi  is absolutely necessary.
Be a  competent trainer  with effective listening and communication skills.
Ability to mentor and guide students.
Maintain a positive body language and professional appearance.
Qualification & Experience     

B.Tech / BE (Mechanical/Automobile) or higher (1st division):
2 years  of experience in production (preferably auto industry)
OR
1 year  of experience in training/teaching  PLUS 1 year  in production (preferably auto industry)
OR
2 years  of experience as a vocational courses trainer in an industrial collaboration (fitter, automotive manufacturing, or related field).
Diploma (Mechanical/Automobile) - 1st division:
3 years  of experience in production (related to the auto industry)
OR
1 year  of experience in training/teaching  PLUS 2 years  in production (preferably auto industry)
OR
3 years  of experience as a vocational courses trainer in an industrial collaboration (fitter, automotive manufacturing).
