Role Overview
The Admission Counselor is responsible for managing the complete admission lifecycle - counseling, follow-ups, conversions, and enrollment. This is a target-driven role with strong incentives. The position does not involve lead generation; all leads are provided by the organization. The emphasis is on effective engagement, accurate guidance, and high conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities
1. Counseling & Lead Handling (Leads Provided)
 Engage with prospective students and parents through calls, walk-ins, emails, and digital channels.
 Conduct structured counseling sessions to understand academic goals and recommend suitable programs.
 Provide accurate information on curriculum, fee structure, eligibility criteria, and admission timelines.
 Maintain systematic follow-ups to ensure efficient lead nurturing and conversion.

2. Admissions & Enrollment Management
 Guide students through the entire application and enrollment process.
 Verify all required documents and ensure compliance with institutional guidelines.
 Coordinate entrance tests, interviews, and orientation activities.
 Maintain accurate, updated records in the CRM and admissions systems.

3. Conversion & Target Achievement
  Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets consistently.
 Optimize the given lead pool to maximize conversion opportunities.
 Prepare regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversion performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills Education
 Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Experience
 1–3 years in admissions counseling, inside sales, customer engagement, or education sector roles.
 Experience in target-driven sales environments preferred.

Skills
 Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
 Demonstrated capability to influence decisions and convert inquiries into enrollments.
 Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and documentation processes.
 Strong organizational discipline and time management.
