Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Management & Execution
Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns primarily on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, You Tube).
Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
Performance Optimization
Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations for scaling campaigns.
A/B Testing & Experimentation
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Implement learnings to improve conversion rates and campaign efficiency.
Market & Audience Understanding
Analyze customer behavior, audience segments, and buying patterns for D2C campaigns.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Collaboration
Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
Align with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies support overall business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory).
Prior experience working with a D2C brand (mandatory).
Strong understanding of performance metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
