We are seeking an Admissions & Outreach Counsellor to support student recruitment and admissions for medical and healthcare-related programs offered by an international university. The role is focused on counselling prospective students and parents, managing the admissions pipeline, and driving enrolment conversions from enquiry through confirmed admission

The ideal candidate will have prior experience counselling students for MBBS, MD, pre-medical, healthcare, or international medical education programs, with a strong understanding of student aspirations, eligibility requirements, admissions processes, and career pathways in medicin

Key Responsibilit

ies
Own  the end-to-end admissions lifec ycle from enquiry to confirmed enrol
ment Counsel prospective students and parents regarding medical, healthcare, and related academic programs, admission requirements, eligibility criteria, application timelines, and career opportunit
ies.

Achi eve monthly and intake-wise enrolment tar gets through structured counselling and follo
w-up Convert leads generated via digital campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, education fairs, and outreach ev
ents

Plan and execute participation  in education fairs, campus open houses, and outreach activi
ties Maintain accurate lead data, follow-up notes, and conversion status on CRM sys
tems Track and report daily, weekly, and intake-le vel conversion metrics and funnel perform
ance Coordinate closely with admissions, marketing, and academic teams to ensure timely offer issuance and enrol
ment

Act as a trusted advisor to students and parents while balanc ing ethical counselling with enrolment g

oals Candidate Pro
file2–5 years of experience in admissions counselling, student recruitment, or enrolment management within higher education, international education, or medical education sect
ors.

Prior experience counselling students for MBBS, MD, healthcare, medical sciences, pre-medical, or related programs is highly prefer
red.

Experience working with international universities, medical schools, overseas education consultancies, or healthcare education providers will be an advant
age.

Proven track record of converting enquiries into applications and confirmed admissi
ons.

Strong understanding of admissions processes, eligibility requirements, and student counselling methodolog
ies.

Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Lead Squared, Salesforce, Zoho, Hub Spot, or similar platfo
rms.

Excellent communication, counselling, and relationship-building skills with students, parents, and other stakehold
ers.

Fluency in English is required (regional languages a pl

us).
