Role Purpose
Content Curation, Design, and Development Lead is responsible for overseeing the creation, organization, and delivery of high-quality training and development content (product & process, functional, digital, leadership and behavioral) across functions and levels within the organization. This role ensures that all learning materials are engaging, relevant, and aligned with the organization's goals and standards. The lead will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify content needs, design effective learning experiences, and implement innovative solutions to enhance the overall learning journey.
Role Accountability
Content Design and Development:
Design engaging learning content using instructional design principles, aligned with business and learner needs
Develop facilitator guides, learner handbooks, e-learning modules, videos, infographics, and microlearning assets
Adapt content for multiple delivery formats including virtual, classroom, and self-paced learning
Ensure alignment with adult learning principles, learner personas, and business context.
Content Curation:
Identify, evaluate, and curate relevant internal and external content to supplement learning pathways
Maintain a structured repository of curated assets with tagging, categorization, and accessibility controls
Partner with SMEs and business teams to validate curated content relevance
Branding and Communication Design:
Design visually appealing learning communication materials (e.g., posters, mailers, banners, decks) that reflect the L&D brand
Support the promotion of key L&D initiatives and campaigns through customized collateral
Ensure consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging across all materials
Platform & Tools Management:
Use tools such as Articulate, Canva, Vyond, Adobe Suite, or similar for content and design creation
Collaborate with LMS and digital learning teams to ensure seamless content integration and access
Quality Control and Review:
Perform regular content audits and updates to maintain relevance, accuracy, and engagement
Collect and incorporate feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness

Content Quality High
- Employee feedback on content quality, Minimal errors and high adherence to instructional design best practices.
Engagement and Effectiveness - Increased engagement rates with learning materials, Improved knowledge retention and application of learned skills.
