Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and outcome-oriented Admissions professional to lead
and support student enrolment for our IB candidate school. The ideal candidate will
have a proven track record in achieving admissions targets, strong parent engagement
skills, and a clear understanding of IB philosophy and international school positioning.

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end student admissions cycle (enquiry to enrolment)
Manage and convert walk-ins, leads, and referrals effectively
Conduct school tours and parent counselling sessions
Build and maintain a strong admissions pipeline
Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to achieve enrolment targets
Maintain accurate CRM/data tracking and reporting
Represent the school professionally at all touch points

Key Educational & skill Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in communications, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2+ complete admission cycles handled independently
Demonstrated track record of achieving admissions targets
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Understanding of IB curriculum / international school environment (preferred)
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram
