Your role will include:
Deliver engaging, outcome-driven teaching with timely completion of the curriculum.
Prepare and continuously update high-quality academic content, including lesson plans, presentations, assignments, case studies, project briefs, and learning resources
Develop structured semester plans, assignment schedules, and evaluation timelines.
Maintain accurate academic documentation, attendance records, and official student communications
Design and conduct transparent, rubric-based assessments and evaluations.
Coordinate internal and external juries, ensuring smooth execution and quality feedback.
Facilitate industry interactions and integrate expert sessions into the learning experience.
Create experiential learning opportunities through projects, workshops, field visits, and real-world applications.
Monitor student progress proactively and engage with students and parents when necessary.
Prepare semester-end reports covering syllabus completion, student performance, interventions, and outcomes.
Contribute to research, publications, patents, case studies, consultancy assignments, and continuous professional development.
Mentor students and actively participate in institutional initiatives, meetings, and academic reviews

Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification in a relevant specialization (MBA fresher can also apply)

• PhD (completed/pursuing) will be an added advantage

• Industry experience will be an added advantage

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
