Participate in departmental meetings and academic committees
Assist in accreditation and quality assurance processes
Contribute to institutional development activities
Qualifications & Requirements
Master’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field (PhD preferred)
Minimum 5–8 years of teaching and/or industry experience
Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise
Proven record of research and publications (preferred)
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
