Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Intern based in Gurugram. The Admissions Intern will assist with student recruiting, communicate effectively with prospective students, and provide excellent customer service during the admissions process. Day-to-day tasks include managing inquiries, promoting Ostello’s innovative educational offerings, and supporting students in selecting courses that align with their academic and career goals. The intern will contribute to building strong relationships with both students and educators to enhance the overall learning experience.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and educators.
Experience or interest in Sales or Student Recruiting to promote courses and drive enrollments.
Understanding or passion for the field of Education to support the mission of delivering meaningful learning experiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail to provide a smooth admissions process.
An undergraduate or graduate degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
