Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Educational Counselor role based at the IMS center in Faridabad.
The Educational Counselor will interact with prospective and current students and their families to understand their academic goals, clarify course offerings, and recommend suitable programs and test-preparation paths.

Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, providing career and course guidance, supporting admissions and enrollment processes, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions.

The Educational Counselor will collaborate closely with center leadership, faculty, and marketing teams to ensure an excellent learner experience and help students stay on track with their preparation plans.

Qualifications
Educational Consulting and Career Counseling skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Student Counseling experience
Strong knowledge of education and entrance exams
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the education industry is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other education-related software
Knowledge of various entrance exams like CAT, CLAT, IPMAT, CUET, and international study abroad tests like GMAT, GRE, and SAT is a plus
