Lead end-to-end admissions process and enrolment planning
Develop and execute admission growth strategies and outreach initiatives
Manage parent interactions, counselling, and relationship building
Oversee admissions team performance and conversion targets
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for campaigns and events
Maintain admissions data, reports, and forecasting
Ensure a seamless and positive admission experience for prospective families
Build partnerships and strengthen brand visibility in the education sector
Qualifications &
Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
5–10 years of experience in admissions, sales, or business development
Experience in the education sector preferred
