Manav Rachna International School is seeking a skilled and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Accountancy and Entrepreneurship to join our esteemed institution. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Commerce, specifically in Accountancy, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality instruction in Accountancy to students of classes XI and XII, following the prescribed curriculum and ensuring academic rigor.
Preparing lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that foster student engagement and comprehension.
Providing individualized support to students to address their academic needs and enhance learning outcomes.
Regularly evaluating student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations, offering constructive feedback to improve their understanding.
Encouraging a holistic development approach through co-curricular activities related to commerce and financial literacy.
Collaborating with fellow educators and school management to create a productive, inclusive learning environment.
Keeping up-to-date with developments in the subject area and incorporating relevant updates into the curriculum.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Accountancy or Commerce.
B.Ed.
Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in Accountancy at the senior secondary level.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
