About the Role
K.R. Mangalam University is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process and contribute to achieving enrollment targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counseling, and relationship-building skills, with experience in student admissions, educational counseling, or sales.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries related to admissions.
Convert inquiries into admissions by providing personalized guidance and follow-up.
Maintain regular communication with prospective students through calls, emails, Whats App, and other communication channels.
Conduct campus tours and assist candidates during admission events, seminars, and counseling sessions.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with academic departments and other stakeholders to facilitate the admission process.
Assist in organizing admission drives, educational fairs, school visits, and promotional activities.
Achieve individual and team admission targets as assigned by the management.
Stay updated on university programs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Admissions, Student Counseling, Educational Sales, Academic Counseling, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
