Academic Counsellor

Description   We are looking for an experienced Academic Counsellor to join our team at Amity International School, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing academic guidance and support to students, helping them navigate their educational paths effectively.

Responsibilities    Provide academic guidance and counseling to students regarding course selection and career options.
Assist students in resolving academic issues and challenges they may encounter.
Develop and implement academic improvement plans for students in need of support.
Organize workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, and exam preparation.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and academic progress.

Skills and Qualifications    Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in academic counseling or a similar role.
Strong understanding of the education system and curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with diverse student populations and understand their unique needs.
Proficient in using academic management software and tools.
