As a Program Expert in the Learner Success team, you will play a pivotal role in helping aspiring professionals make informed career decisions and unlock transformative learning opportunities.

This is a learner-centric role that goes beyond admissions and enrolments. You will serve as a trusted advisor and the first point of contact for prospective learners, understanding their career aspirations, professional challenges, and growth objectives. By guiding them towards the most suitable programs, you will help shape their educational journey and contribute directly to their long term career success.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Admissions, Career Services, and Academic Operations to ensure a seamless learner experience - from the first interaction through onboarding and beyond. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and is motivated by creating meaningful impact in learners' lives.

Key Responsibilities
Learner Counselling & Career Guidance
Engage with prospective learners through calls, virtual meetings, emails, and other communication channels to understand their professional aspirations, learning needs, and career goals.
Provide personalized guidance on Digiaccel and Altera programs, helping learners identify the most relevant learning pathways based on their background and objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the decision-making process, addressing queries and enabling learners to make informed educational investments.
Build strong relationships with prospective learners by delivering a consultative and empathetic counselling experience.
Admissions & Onboarding Support
Guide applicants through the admissions and enrolment journey, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
Support learners with application processes, documentation requirements, program information, and enrolment formalities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and efficient resolution of learner concerns.
Ensure every learner interaction reflects the organization's commitment to quality, transparency, and learner success.
Build vertical industry depth
Build expertise of the Business education landscape, both at a postgraduate as well as executive level
Identify advantages and disadvantages of different business education models and build conversational depth in how each model compares against the others.
Learner Engagement & Relationship Management
Serve as a brand ambassador for Digiaccel Learning and Altera Institute by effectively communicating the value proposition, program outcomes, and career impact of our offerings.
Maintain consistent engagement with prospective learners through follow-ups and personalized communication.
Foster long-term relationships that enhance learner trust, satisfaction, and advocacy.
Capture learner feedback and insights to continuously improve the learner experience.
Collaboration & Process Excellence
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Communications, and Academic teams to improve learner outreach, engagement, and conversion strategies.
Maintain accurate learner records, pipeline updates, and interaction history through CRM systems and internal tools.
Analyze learner feedback, market trends, and admission insights to contribute towards process improvements and operational excellence.
Support organizational initiatives focused on enhancing learner outcomes and overall program experience.
Performance & Outcome Ownership
Contribute towards enrolment and learner acquisition goals while maintaining a strong focus on ethics, learner satisfaction, and long-term outcomes.
Take ownership of individual performance metrics and continuously seek opportunities to improve effectiveness and impact.
Demonstrate a learner-first mindset in all interactions and decisions.

What We're Looking For
1-3+ years of experience in learner counselling, admissions, sales, customer success, education, consulting, or other customer-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
A consultative and empathetic approach to understanding learner needs and guiding career decisions.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong ownership mindset with a results-oriented approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms.
