Purpose:

A high-impact learner engagement and success role focused on persistence coaching, accountability, and learner outcomes for learners at Saras AI Institute.

The Success Partner drives learner success by ensuring consistent engagement, accountability, and timely program completion. As the primary point of contact, this role builds trusted learner relationships, understands learner goals and barriers, and provides personalized coaching and guidance throughout the learning journey.

By combining human connection with data-driven tracking, the Learner Success Partner improves learner retention, strengthens engagement, and enables learners to successfully complete their programs and move closer toward meaningful career outcomes.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy coaching, motivating, and helping learners stay consistent and succeed in a high-engagement online learning environment. This role is not a sales or admission role.

The Success Partner acts as a trusted accountability coach who ensures learners remain engaged, supported, and outcome-focused throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary success partner, learner coach, and accountability partner throughout the learner journey

• Build trusted 1:1 learner relationships by understanding learner goals, motivations, learning behaviors, and barriers to success

• Conduct learner onboarding, orientation, and welcome connects post enrollment

• Partner with learners to define achievable weekly milestones, success commitments, and personalized learning pace plans

• Support learners through coaching, accountability, and structured progress guidance

• Leverage learner dashboards, engagement insights, and milestone tracking to proactively monitor learner progress

• Identify early indicators of learner disengagement and initiate timely interventions within defined response timelines

• Create targeted recovery and re-engagement plans for at-risk learners to improve persistence and completion outcomes

• Coach learners through motivation challenges and help them overcome procrastination, prioritize effectively, and maintain consistent learning progress.

• Continuously connect learning progress to career outcomes and real-world relevance

• Collaborate closely with academic, learner support, and operations teams to resolve learner blockers and improve learner outcomes

What Makes You Successful in This Role:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline; backgrounds in Psychology, Education, , Communication, or related fields preferred

• 3–5 years of experience in learner success, student engagement, mentoring, success coaching, student counselling, academic advising, cohort management, or learner-facing roles within EdTech or online learning environments.

• Experience in learner success coaching and guiding learners toward successful completion flexibility to work in a hybrid environment and adjust shifts as needed to support learners across global time zones. Demonstrated ability to influence learner behavior, build accountability, and drive measurable engagement outcomes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, empathetic, and learner-centric approach

• Experience supporting disengaged or low-motivation learners through proactive outreach and re-engagement strategies

• Strong ownership mindset with high responsiveness, persistence, and follow-through

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital collaboration tools

• Familiarity with AI productivity tools and technology-enabled workflows is an added advantage

• Flexibility to support learners across diverse learner cohorts
