We work closely with students and families through a highly personalised model, with a strong emphasis on academic rigour, authentic profile building and long-term student outcomes.
As we enter our next phase of growth, we want to take this expertise beyond individual families and build deep, long-term partnerships with leading schools.
For this reason, we are creating a new leadership position:
Head – School Partnerships.
The person joining us will have the opportunity to build this function from the ground up — beginning with leading schools across India and progressively developing our institutional presence in the UAE and Singapore.
About the Role
Uni Visory is looking for a senior education professional to build and lead our School Partnerships function.
This is a newly created leadership role with a clear mandate: build meaningful, long-term relationships with leading schools and create partnerships that deliver genuine value to students, parents and school communities.
We are specifically looking for someone who already has strong, trusted relationships with leadership across 25–30+ reputed schools in India — relationships where a Principal, School Director, Founder, Trustee or senior Counsellor knows you, trusts you and will take your call.
This is not a conventional school sales or business-development role. We are looking for someone who understands schools, commands credibility within the ecosystem, and can convert relationships into high-quality institutional partnerships.
Over time, the role will also help expand Uni Visory's school partnerships into UAE and Singapore.
What You Will Own
1. Build Uni Visory's School Partnerships Function
You will build this function from the ground up — defining how we engage schools, what creates genuine value for them, and how individual relationships evolve into sustained institutional partnerships.
2. Activate & Deepen Senior School Relationships
Build direct engagement with:
Principals and Heads of School
Founders, Promoters and Trustees
School Directors and senior management
College/Career Counselling Heads
Academic and Curriculum Leadership
The expectation is not simply to create a large database of schools. It is to develop deep relationships with the right institutions and decision-makers.
3. Create High-Value Institutional Partnerships
Work with schools to identify areas where Uni Visory can meaningfully strengthen student outcomes and parent engagement through areas such as:
Global university admissions and readiness
Student profile and extracurricular development
Research and academic enrichment
SAT and university entrance preparation
Career and major exploration
Parent education and awareness
Workshops, masterclasses and school-specific initiatives
The objective is to create partnerships that schools themselves consider valuable — rather than simply selling programs into schools.
