Key Responsibilities:

Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and encourages positive behavior.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student development.
Integrate modern technology and tools to enhance teaching and learning processes.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to periodic reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent.
Proven experience in reputed institutions.
Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
