Key Responsibilities:
* Teach English Literature, Language, Communication, Academic/Professional Writing and related courses.
* Develop lesson plans, assessments, course materials and maintain academic records.
* Use innovative, blended and AI-enabled teaching practices.
* Mentor students and support their academic, research and career development.
* Contribute to curriculum development in alignment with UGC/NEP 2020.
* Undertake research, publish in reputed journals and participate in conferences/projects.
* Organize seminars, workshops, literary events and academic activities.
* Contribute to admissions, accreditation, examinations, placements and other institutional initiatives.
* Develop interdisciplinary and external/industry collaborations.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in English/English Literature/Linguistics/Communication or relevant discipline; NET/SLET/SET and/or Ph.D. as applicable under prevailing UGC norms.
